Why This Is the Fastest Path We Offer
Every other apostille route has a shipping leg at the front of it. You put your original document in a FedEx envelope, it travels to us, and only then does the clock start on the state authentication.
When your document is already a valid electronic original, that entire leg disappears. There is nothing to notarize and nothing to mail in. We take the file you email us, our Tallahassee ground team walks it into the Florida Department of State, and the apostille is obtained the next business day. The only remaining time is the courier run back to you.
Which Documents Qualify?
- Electronically certified Florida court records and case documents
- Electronically certified transcripts and judgments
- Florida records issued to you digitally with a verifiable certification
The test is not whether it is a PDF. A scan or photograph of a paper document does not qualify — the file has to be an electronic original that carries a verifiable certification from the issuing authority. Not sure which you have? Send it to us and we will tell you before you pay anything.
What Does Not Qualify
- Photos or scans of paper documents — these are copies, not certified originals
- Documents that need a notarization first — affidavits, powers of attorney, corporate resolutions and consent forms need a notary before they can be apostilled. Use our Florida RON Apostille service instead, which notarizes you online and apostilles in one transaction for $299.
- Paper vital records — birth, marriage and death certificates follow our standard Florida apostille service.
How It Works
Step 1 — Email us the document
Send the file to OnlineFloridaApostille@gmail.com with the destination country. We confirm it qualifies, confirm that country accepts it, and quote your exact total including shipping before you pay.
Step 2 — We walk it in
Our own Tallahassee ground team submits it in person to the Florida Department of State. We pay the state fee.
Step 3 — Apostilled the next business day
We collect your completed apostille the next business day and email you a digital copy the same day.
Step 4 — Shipped to you
The physical apostille ships to your address. Domestic FedEx is included in the $199.
Shipping outside the United States. The $199 covers FedEx delivery within the continental United States. If your finished apostille needs to go to an address outside the U.S., FedEx International Priority is quoted at cost and billed in addition to the $199. We confirm the exact amount before we process anything. International transit adds a little time depending on your destination country.
Pricing
- $199 flat — first document, including the Florida state fee and domestic FedEx
- $75 — each additional document in the same order
- International shipping — quoted at cost, confirmed before processing
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just email you a PDF to be apostilled?
If the PDF is a valid electronic original with a verifiable certification from the issuing authority — such as an electronically certified court record — then yes, and the apostille is obtained the next business day for $199. A scan or photo of a paper document does not qualify. Send it to us and we will confirm before you pay.
How fast is it?
The apostille itself is obtained the next business day after we submit. You then add courier time for the physical document to reach you.
Do I need a notarization?
No — that is the point of this service. If your document already carries a valid certification, there is nothing to notarize. If it does need a notary, our RON Apostille service handles the notarization and the apostille together for $299.
How much does it cost to ship outside the United States?
It depends on the destination. We quote FedEx International Priority at cost and tell you the exact figure before you pay. It is billed in addition to the $199.
What if my document does not qualify?
We tell you before you pay, and we tell you which of our services is the right one. We would rather turn away a job than take money for something that will be rejected in Tallahassee.
Which countries is this accepted in?
A Florida apostille is recognised in all 124 Hague Convention member countries. Some countries have specific requirements about electronic documents, so we verify your destination country before processing.
