Florida RON Apostille and Digital Document Apostille — $199 Flat
If your document already exists in a valid electronic form, you do not mail us anything. Send it to us and we walk it into the Florida Secretary of State in person. $199 for the first document, $75 for each additional document, in approximately 4 business days.
Three kinds of document qualify. All three are the same price and the same timeline.
1. Documents Already Notarized Online by a Florida RON Notary
If your document has already been notarized through a Florida Remote Online Notarization session, we simply apostille it. It does not matter who performed the notarization. If another company did your online notarization and then left you to find someone to handle the apostille, this is the service you need. We do not re-notarize it and we do not charge you again for a notarization you already paid for.
This service is only for documents notarized online by a Florida-commissioned RON notary. It is not for documents notarized in person on paper.
2. Certified Digital Documents from a Florida Courthouse
Florida clerks of court issue electronically certified records such as divorce decrees, court orders and judgments, each carrying an embedded digital certification. If you were issued one of these, it is already in an apostillable electronic form and needs no notarization.
3. Certified Digital Documents from the Florida Secretary of State
Corporate records issued electronically by the Florida Secretary of State, such as certificates of status and certified articles of incorporation, also carry a digital certification and qualify directly.

The difference comes down to one question: has your document already been notarized?
- Yes, already notarized online, or it is a certified digital record. That is this page, at $199. First document $199, each additional $75, approximately 4 business days, returned FedEx 2-Day to the lower 48 states.
- No, it still needs to be notarized. You need our Online Notarization and Express Florida Apostille package instead. We perform the Florida online notarization and the apostille together. First document $299, each additional $100, additional signers $25 each, approximately 3 business days, with a free PDF scan and Overnight FedEx return.

How to Send It
Upload your document during checkout, or email it to orders@onlinefloridaapostille.com. Send the original electronic file exactly as you received it.
This matters more than anything else on this page. A printed copy of a digitally certified document is not a digitally certified document. Printing it, scanning it or photographing it destroys the certification that makes it apostillable. Forward the file itself.
Turnaround
Approximately 4 business days. There is no inbound shipping leg because nothing physical travels to us, so the timeline is our submission, the state processing, and the courier run back to you.
Florida does publish same-day apostille service, but when the Secretary of State office is busy our agent can be told to return the following day to collect. We quote 4 business days so the date we give you is a date we can beat rather than miss.
What Does Not Qualify
- A plain PDF you scanned or printed yourself, with no embedded certification
- A document notarized in person on paper, which follows our standard mail-in service
- A document that has not been notarized at all, which needs the package at $299
- A photograph or screenshot of a certified document
Frequently Asked Questions
Another company did my online notarization. Will you still apostille it?
Yes. That is exactly what this service is for. As long as the notarization was performed by a Florida-commissioned RON notary, we will apostille it for $199 regardless of who notarized it.
Can I just email you a PDF to be apostilled?
Only if that PDF carries a valid electronic certification: a Florida RON notarization, a clerk of court digital certification, or a Florida Secretary of State digital certification. An ordinary PDF cannot be apostilled by anyone.
Do I need a notarization?
Not for a certified digital court or Secretary of State record. The issuing authority certification takes the place of a notarization. A personal document with no such certification does need to be notarized first.
How much does it cost to ship outside the United States?
The $199 includes FedEx 2-Day delivery within the lower 48 states. International and expedited delivery is quoted at cost during checkout and confirmed with you before we process anything, so there is never a surprise charge.
